What we grow

Potatoes first, and the crops that keep our soil ready to grow them.

Potatoes

Potatoes are what the farm is known for. We grow them mainly for processing, so most of what comes out of the ground is headed for Island plants to be turned into french fries.

That market wants a consistent, quality potato in real volume. That is what we set out to grow, every single year.

Soybeans, peas and small grains

Between potato crops we plant soybeans, peas, and small grains. They are a real part of the operation, and they are also how we keep the soil in shape.

Rotating crops this way rebuilds the ground, breaks pest cycles, and means the next potato crop goes into healthier soil. It is slower than planting potatoes on repeat, and it is worth it.

Grown at scale, held to a standard

The size of the operation never comes at the cost of the crop.

From our fields to the wider market

We are wholesale growers. Our potatoes are stored across our warehouses and supplied to major Island processors in the volumes they need.
